Caroline Roth is the principal of Achievement First Endeavor Middle School. Previously, Ms. Roth served as the school’s principal-in-residence and a National Principal Fellow through the Relay School of Education. Throughout her time at AF Endeavor, she led the Humanities Team through the introduction of the Common Core standards as an academic dean and was named a Distinguished Teacher. Prior to joining Achievement First, Ms. Roth taught both middle and high school in Los Angeles, California, and received her master’s in education from Loyola Marymount University. She graduated from Dartmouth College and is a native New Yorker.
